J. F. Oberlin University is a private four-year university located in Machida, a suburb of Tokyo. Hokusei Gakuen University established it first partner-school affiliation with Lewis & Clark College (Oregon, U.S.A.) in 1965, just three years after Hokusei was founded. The University of Applied Sciences, Wiener Neustadt, is currently the largest University of Applied Sciences campus in Austria, with over 1800 students. It was established in 1994 by a team of Viennese university professors in higher education. It is located near the city centre of Wiener Neustadt, 40 minutes outside of Vienna.
